¶ 1. This matter returns to us following a remand by this Court to the Circuit Court of Scott County, Mississippi, in Reed v. State, 743 So.2d 1042 (Miss.Ct.App. 1999). On remand, the lower court was directed to conduct a hearing to determine whether Donald Reed had been properly advised of the elements of the crimes for which he was charged before he entered
