This is an appeal by the defendant-appellant, Richard Roth, Jr. ("Roth, Jr."), who along with three codefendants was charged with nineteen crimes involving three different robberies. The most serious charge was Murder in the First Degree, relating to the death of Jaime Antunez, who was one of the robbery victims.
