The defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury verdict of guilty, of the crimes of murder, felony murder, robbery in the first degree, larceny in the second degree, and kidnapping in the first degree. The defendant claims that the trial court improperly failed to grant a defense witness immunity from prosecution, and that the trial court improperly found that that defense witness properly had invoked...
