Special Agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (the "ATF") executed a search warrant at the residence of Roy Allen Skidmore in Daleville, Indiana. The search of the residence yielded some twenty-four firearms and 3800 rounds of ammunition. Skidmore was indicted for possession of firearms and ammunition as a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(e). He was tried and convicted by a jury of violating...
