OPINION

DRUKE, J.

¶ 1 Appellant Jerry Donald Bass was found guilty after a jury trial of conspiracy to commit sexual conduct with a minor under the age of fifteen, a class two felony. The trial court suspended the imposition of sentence, placed Bass on intensive lifetime probation, and ordered him to register as a sex offender. We agree with Bass that the court could not place him on lifetime probation...
