Ray Chaney sued W. Kenneth Blackstone and his professional corporation, Law Office of William Kenneth Blackstone, P.C. (collectively "Blackstone") for legal malpractice.1 Chaney appeals following the grant of summary judgment to both defendants, claiming that material issues of disputed fact preclude summary judgment.
