¶ 1. Travone Robinson appeals his convictions for conspiracy and robbery raising the following issues as error:

I. WHETHER THE STATE'S EVIDENCE WAS SUFFICIENT TO CONVICT ROBINSON OF CONSPIRACY AND ROBBERY? II. WHETHER THE TRIAL COURT ERRED IN GIVING INSTRUCTION S-3 OVER THE OBJECTION OF THE APPELLANT?

Finding no error, we affirm.
