David Victor Adney appeals from his convictions for manufacture of methamphetamine (Count I), possession of pseudoephedrine or ephedrine with intent to use it as a precursor (Count II), and possession of marijuana (Count III), in violation of Iowa Code sections 124.401(1)(b)(7) (1999), 124.401(4), and 124.401(5) respectively. He contends the court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal and motion for new trial. We affirm in part, reverse...
