[¶ 1] Michael R. Capshaw filed a petition for writ of review of a district court's grant of a motion in limine in his breach-of-employment contract case. He sought reversal of an order precluding him from making any reference in opening statement or the presentation of evidence to his allegations of his employer's mismanagement.
