Lori Hofflander brought negligence and safe place claims against St. Catherine's Hospital, Inc. and its insurer, Sentry Insurance (St. Catherine's) for injuries she sustained when she fell from a third-floor window of a locked psychiatric unit. The other defendants in this case are Horizon Mental Health Management, Inc. and its insurer, Columbia Casualty Company (Horizon).
