OPINION

PER CURIAM.

This case came before the Supreme Court on November 9, 2000, pursuant to an order directing the respondent-mother to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided. The respondent mother, Suzette (the mother), has appealed from a Family Court decree terminating her parental rights to two of her children, Maya, born December 8, 1994, and Maleeka, born November 7, 1995.1
