MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

WELLS, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on a motion for a preliminary injunction filed on 5 February 2001 by plaintiffs Tim Kling, Kathy Kling, and their son Jeffrey Kling.1 On 18 February 2001, defendant Mentor Public School District ("Mentor") filed a brief in opposition to the plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction.
