Appellants Justice Bail Bonds ("Justice") and Leo Wilson ("Wilson") appeal the trial court's decision to allow Appellee, Leo Samaniego ("Samaniego"), in his official capacity as Sheriff of El Paso County, to offset the amount owed under the instant case against the amount owed by Justice to the State of Texas.
