OPINION

BILL VANCE, Justice.

Jonathan Morris was indicted for the felony offense of aggravated sexual assault. In a pre-trial motion, Morris requested that the trial court suppress evidence obtained from the execution of a search warrant at his home. It was denied. At the opening of the bench trial, Morris pled guilty without the benefit of a plea bargain. The court accepted the plea and sentenced Morris to thirty years in prison. Morris brings this appeal...
