¶ 1 Respondent Carlos Zazueta waited six days to report a knee injury that he had sustained while working for petitioner Douglas Auto & Equipment. Petitioner State Compensation Fund denied Zazueta's claim for workers' compensation benefits, asserting that he had not forthwith reported the injury as required by A.R.S. § 23-908(D).
