DUGGAN, J.

The defendants, Robert J. and Sandra A. Moses, appeal the Superior Court's (Lynn, J.) award of damages and penalties for the unlawful cutting of trees on a lot owned by the plaintiffs, Marilyn Billings McNamara and William Vargas. We affirm.
