The plaintiffs, Anthony and Shannon Green, appeal a summary judgment dismissing their products liability claim against BDI Pharmaceuticals, Division of Body Dynamics Inc. BDI manufactures and sells "Mini Thins," an over-the-counter drug containing Ephedrine HCl, an amphetamine-like compound.
