BARNEY, Chief Judge.
Appellant Clarissa J. Agee was found guilty, following a trial by the court, of possessing pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. § 195.420, RSMo 1994. At trial no oral evidence was presented to the court. The case was submitted to the court on the basis of "joint exhibit number one," consisting of information contained in police reports and a forensic laboratory report.
