Appellants challenge the district court's denial of their motion to vacate an arbitration award and denial of their motions for reconsideration arguing that (1) the district court ignored Minn. R. Civ. P. 6.05 and, as a result, miscalculated the filing deadline; (2) they established, under Minn. R. Civ. P. 60.02(a), "excusable neglect" of counsel; and (3) the motion to vacate was brought within 90 days after appellants discovered...
