ORDER AFFIRMING BANKRUPTCY COURT'S AWARD OF SANCTIONS

HAMILTON, District Judge.

Before the court is an appeal from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Northern District of California (Santa Rosa) awarding sanctions issued for the misuse of a disqualification motion. Appellant Anne Keck ("Keck"), attorney for Universal Bank, appeals the order assessing sanctions in the amount of $2,000.
