Appellant, James Parrish, appeals the denial of pretrial habeas corpus relief. Appellant stands charged with the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated. After a jury was selected to hear appellant's case, but before testimony began, the trial court granted a mistrial on its own motion.
