Rudolph Winfrey appeals a grant of summary judgment to his employer, the City of Chicago, on his claim under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (ADA), and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794, claiming that the City failed to accommodate him.
