Plaintiffs Ronald and Betty Hughes brought this products liability suit against Wal-Mart for damages allegedly suffered by their daughter, Bridgette. Plaintiffs allege in their complaint that Bridgette was injured by a portable gasoline container distributed by Wal-Mart.
