The juvenile, Jeffrey C., appeals a decision of the District Court for Southern Carroll County (Albee, J.) finding that RSA 169-B:19, III and III-a (Supp. 1999), which authorize the confinement of juveniles to adult facilities without a jury trial, are constitutional. We vacate the dispositional order and remand.
