REAVIS, Justice.

Upon a plea of not guilty, a jury convicted appellant Paul Anthony Fant-Caughman, aka Paul Fant, for aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child. Punishment was assessed at life imprisonment for the aggravated sexual assault conviction and at twenty years confinement and a $10,000 fine for the indecency with a child conviction with the sentences to run consecutively pursuant to Texas Penal Code section 3.03.
