This pretrial appeal is from an order suppressing evidence obtained as a result of a warrantless search of a fish house. The state argues that because ice fishing is a pervasively regulated activity and a person engaged in a pervasively regulated activity has a reduced expectation of privacy in the premises where the activity is conducted, the warrantless search of the fish house pursuant to the regulatory scheme for fishing is within...
