Defendant Joshua Stapleton challenges his sentence for unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). In calculating Stapleton's criminal history score under the sentencing guidelines, the district court relied solely on a presentence report ("PSR"). Both before and during sentencing, Stapleton objected that the PSR wrongly counted two municipal convictions...
