On Monday, August 30, 1999, at 4:20 p.m., T.N., T.B. and M.S. were arrested pursuant to La. R.S. 14:103, disturbing the peace by engaging in a fistic encounter. On December 29, 1999, the three juveniles were charged. A pre-trial conference was held on January 28, 2000, and a trial date was set for February 8, 2000. At the pretrial conference, the trial court said that the juveniles were submitting to mediation and that if no subsequent incidents occurred...
