Barbara J. Lasen and Paul S. Lasen appeal from the county court's appointment of Platte Valley National Bank as conservator for the estate of Robert P. Anderson, a protected person. Barbara and Paul complain that a conservatorship was not necessary because they were acting as Robert's attorneys in fact, but that if it was necessary, then they had priority for appointment under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 30-2639(b) (Cum.Supp.2000).
