Dwayne Etheridge was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine and of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and he was sentenced to 90 months. On direct appeal the judgment was affirmed. See United States v. Etheridge, 168 F.3d 495, 1998 WL 792467 (8th Cir.1998) (Table). Now before the court is his appeal from the denial by the district court
