Pursuant to a plea bargain that included a waiver of his right to appeal, defendant entered a plea of guilty to the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree in satisfaction of two indictments against him, with the understanding that he would receive a sentence of 2½ to 7½ years in prison.
