THIS MATTER is before the Court on the motions for summary judgment of Defendants Pediatric Services of America, Inc., Harris Regional Hospital, Inc., and PSA/HRH, L.L.C. The Plaintiff Linda Gail Phillips has responded in opposition to the motions. For the reasons that follow, the Court grants the Defendants' motions.
