LANDAU, J.

The defendant, Raymond Young, appeals from the judgment revoking his probation rendered after a trial to the court. On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court improperly (1) refused to admit certain hearsay statements into evidence, (2) concluded that there was sufficient evidence to convict him of violation of probation, and (3) revoked his probation and sentenced him to serve the time remaining on his term of imprisonment...
