PRAGER, C.J.:

This is an appeal by the defendant, Howard J. Banks, Jr., from convictions of two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Banks' principal argument is that the trial court improperly failed to give a multiple acts jury instruction. We disagree. In addition, we determine that Banks' other contentions of error are fatally flawed. Accordingly, we affirm.
