Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He contends that the Board of Parole and Post Prison Supervision (Board) discharged his sentence on a first-degree rape conviction when it reset his parole release date to reflect a later conviction for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (UUMV).
