Defendant, Richard D. Barlow, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a violation of Louisiana Revised Statute 14:98. He also entered a Crosby plea to possession of marijuana, third offense, a violation of Louisiana Revised Statute 40:966(D)(3), for which he was sentenced to three years at hard labor.
