Linda Lebid (Deceased) by John R. Lebid1 petitions for review of the August 23, 2000 order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB), which affirmed the decision of a workers' compensation judge (WCJ) to deny and dismiss the employee's Petition to Seek Approval of a Compromise and Release Agreement (Petition). We affirm.
