A jury convicted Winston Sanchez of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribution of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. On appeal, he challenges the sufficiency of evidence presented at trial, alleges prosecutorial misconduct, and contends he was improperly sentenced as a career offender.
