This is a restricted appeal brought by Vallon Osteen (Vallon) contending the trial court erred in signing a default judgment granting a Final Decree of Divorce. In one point of error, Vallon asserts there is no evidence in the record to support the existence of a common law marriage between himself and appellee, Wanda Osteen (Wanda), and therefore, any resulting divorce and division of property must be set aside.
