Plaintiff, Larwuson Mulbah, appeals from the district court's Order dismissing his civil rights action against the Detroit Board of Education for failure to prosecute pursuant to Local Rule 41.2 of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Plaintiff contends that the district court's dismissal was an abuse of discretion. For the reasons set forth below, we REVERSE
