RUFFIN, Judge.

Following S.S.'s conviction and life sentence for felony murder and armed robbery, the Athens Clarke County Department of Family & Children Services (DFCS) petitioned to terminate her parental rights to her three children, D.L.S. (age eight), A.T.H. (age seven), and J.D.E. (age six). Following a hearing, the trial court terminated S.S.'s parental rights with respect to A.T.H. and J.D.E., but not with respect to D.L.S.1
