NADEAU, J.

The defendant, Frank J. Geis d/b/a Architectural Inspections, appeals the ruling of the Superior Court (Smukler, J.) to permit the plaintiff, Darlene Gallentine, a post-trial damages hearing to produce evidence of damages, which he claims were unsupported at trial. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
