Cartright with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. The six other defendants, Terry V. Duffy, Christine M. Hawley, Eric J. Swinarski, Virginia A. Howell, Raymond T. Bensley and Michael E. King, were each only charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance...
