George Pierce a/k/a `Cadillac' ("Pierce") was convicted of capital murder for the killing of James Ryals ("Ryals") while engaged in the commission of robbery following a jury trial conducted on February 17-20, 1998, in the Circuit Court of Coahoma County. Pierce had been jointly indicted with Aaron Carter a/k/a `Little Head' ("Carter"). Pierce was previously tried twice, September 1997...
