¶ 1 Today's cause requires resolution of two issues: (1) identification of the limitation period which governs appellee's [Kinzy Class or firefighters] claim against Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System [System] and (2) determination of when the Kinzy Class' claim accrued so as to initiate the running of the applicable limitation period.
