This is a civil rights case in which plaintiff Richard C. Craw alleges that defendant Sheriff Jerrold L. Wolford ("Wolford") used excessive force when booking plaintiff at the Mercer County Jail in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and that Wolford and two unnamed guards failed to obtain proper and timely medical treatment for plaintiff.
