KELLER, P.J., delivered the opinion of the Court in which WOMACK, KEASLER, HERVEY, and HOLCOMB, JJ., joined.

In cause no. 1929-99, appellant pled guilty to theft and was placed on "regular" community supervision. In cause no. 1930-99, appellant pled guilty to robbery and was placed on deferred adjudication community supervision.
