James David Ducker appeals his conviction of aggravated sexual assault of a child younger than fourteen years of age. Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 22.021 (Vernon Supp. 2001). Appellant entered a plea of not guilty, but changed his plea to guilty after the State's opening statement. Appellant also pleaded true to one enhancement paragraph.
