KENNEDY, Circuit Judge.

The United States appeals the District Court's order suppressing defendant's statement obtained before he was given warnings per Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694 (1966). Local sheriffs sought to execute a federal arrest warrant on one Vidale Cothran, in whose home Talley was a guest.
