Monica Ledesma sued her employer, Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate"), asserting claims of sexual discrimination, retaliation, and sexual harassment under the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act ("TCHRA" or "the Act"). She also asserted common law claims for negligent training/negligent supervision and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
